This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to call for the records in C.C.No.110 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthankarai and quash the same.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.110 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthankarai and to quash the same.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent contended that C.C.No.110 of 2013 itself was disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthankarai on 29.11.2017 and all the accused were acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 304-A of I.P.C. He also filed a copy of the slip proceedings issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthankarai.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
