Written statement filed by the second Defendant in C.S.No.114 of 2024 is taken on file. In the said written statement at paragraph No.28, counter claim to the tune of Rs.2,00,00,000/- Reply statement of the Plaintiff, if any, shall be filed within a period of one week.
