As per Rule 17 of the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987, an application for Review cannot be entertained if filed beyond the period of 30 days. As such, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order of the Tribunal, rejecting the

application seeking for condonation of delay in filing the Review Application.

2.The Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the original order passed in O.A.No.515 of 2017 dated 25.07.2023. No costs.
