ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.09.2021 vide CSR.No.93 of 2021 dated 03.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 02.09.2021 vide CSR.No.93 of 2021 dated 03.09.2021, enquiry has been conducted and closed against the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law if so advised.
