This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 26.03.2021 made in W.P.No.27694 of 2015. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that this Court, vide order dated 26.03.2021 made in W.P.No.27694 of 2015 set aside the order impugned therein and remitted the matter back to the respondents, pursuant to which, the respondents passed order on 23.06.2021 and challenging the order dated 23.06.2021, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.22119 of 2021. 3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
