When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that as per the direction of this Court, I.A.No.4 of 2023 in E.O.P.No.72 of 2021 was disimissed by the trial Court on merits. Therefore, the relief claimed in the petition as such has become infructuous.
2. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2023.
