Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned counsel appearing for Mr.E.Balamurugan represents that the Contempt has been filed against an interim order, since the wife took possession of the property despite the order of stay. He brings to the notice of this Court that on 31.08.2023, the main revision itself was taken up and it was allowed. 2. Mr.R.Y.George Williams, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that on coming to know the stay order, the wife, on her own, left the premises. Therefore, he adds that there is no cause of action for the contempt to be continued today.

3. The unanimity of the submissions seems to be that the wife is not in possession of the property today. The contempt is filed against an interim order and by virtue of the fact that the main Civil Revision Petition was allowed on 31.08.2023, it merges with the final order. With the wife having vacated the premises, nothing further remains to be tried in the contempt.
