The proposed respondents 4 and 5 are represented by the learned counsel and his name is also printed in the cause list today.

2. This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of application in A.No.4908 of 2021.

4. The respondents have not raised any serious objection for allowing the application.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

6. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to carry out necessary amendment in terms of the order and file an amended copy of the petition in due course. Post the matter on 21.02.2022.
