Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned counsel for the appellant in WA.Nos.2989/2021 and 2991 of 2021 and 2nd and 3rd respondent in WA.Nos.3000 and 3001 of 2021, Mr.T.Karunakaran, learned counsel for the appellant in WA.Nos.3000 and 3001 of 2021 and 2nd respondent in WA.Nos.2989 and 2991 of 2021, Mr.G.Baskaran for M/s.Muthumani Doraisami, learned counsel for the 1st respondent in all the writ appeals. After mutual discussion and negotiation between all parties they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows: TERMS OF SETTLEMENT All the parties are present. After negotiation they have arrived at the following settlement. In this matter, two writ petitions were filed by the writ petitioner against LPG distributorship and issuance of letter of intent to the respondent in the writ petitions.
2. The said writ petitions were allowed by a common order dated 08.10.2021. Challenging the same, the successful allottee/ 2nd respondent filed two writ appeals in WA.Nos.3000 and 3001 of 2021. Similarly the Indian Oil Corporation has filed two writ appeal in
W.A.Nos.2989 and 2991 of 2021. Pending the above writ appeals, the parties have come to an amicable settlement, in an by which the writ petitioner withdraws all the allegation and has no objection for the allotee to run the LPG Distributorship at Perambakkam location and a consent letter dated 11.02.2023 has been produced before the lok adalat.
3. In view of the same, the writ petitioner is not pressing the litigation and is consenting for the 2nd respondent in the writ petition viz., Mr.K.R.Muralikrishnan to continue to run the LPG Distributorship at Perambakkam location.
4. Recording the same, all the four writ appeals are disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition/s is/are closed, if any.

The full court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 2 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
