Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to regularize and reinstate petitioner's attendance in the third year classes by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the fourth respondent to regularize and reinstate petitioner's attendance in the third year classes by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2/5

The learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 5 submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner is under favourable consideration.

In view of the above, respondents 2 to 5 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner to regularise and reinstate her attendance in the third year classes, within the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
