Crl.M.P.No.14924 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.14924 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.1159 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1159 of 2022 by order dated 02.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and the investigation has not yet completed.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1159 of 2022 by an order dated 02.02.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
