Pursuant to the direction passed by this Court on 08.09.2023, Mr.Murugan, Inspector of Police in Cr.No.16/AC/2019 present today with the CD file. According to the Investigating Officer, the FIR was registered on 21.07.2019 and has been uploaded it on the very next day i.e., on 22.07.2019. The print out of the details also find place in the CD file which was submitted to this Court for perusal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has downloaded the FIR copy from the website and has filed it in the Registry.

3. Production of the certified copy of the FIR is dispensed with for the present.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) shall file counter, if any.
