ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first and second respondents to include petitioners name and his brother Badra Reddy as a legal heir of his father late Gulla Reddy @ Muni Reddy by rectifying the omissions in the legal heir certificate bearing Pa.Mu.No.2551/2015/B2 dated 15.05.2015 issued by the second respondent and to issue a fresh legal heir certificate of petitioner's father late Gulla Reddy @ Muni Reddy by considering petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2023 in accordance with law within a stipulated period as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.06.2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 herein, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
