This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 180 days in representing the Revision Application in Rev.Appl SR.No.20806 of 2022.

2. Mr.R.Sunilkumar, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the above Review Application was returned for rectifying certain defects 08.03.2022. He would submit that while the renovation process conducted in the applicant counsel's office, the papers were misplaced and after due search, it was traced out. However, there is a delay of 180 days arose in representing the above Review application and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and on considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit that due to misplace of bundles, the review applicant could not represent the same within a stipulated time and to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this court is inclined to allow this petition. Registry is directed to number the above Review Application if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 09.04.2025.
