Respondent Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to issue the summons to the respondent, herein and to punish them under the provisions of Contempt Court Act for his wilful disobedience of the final order dated 22.07.2024 passed in W.P.no.12291 of 2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 22.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12291 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the government order in G.O.Ms.No.50 School Education Department dated 08.03.2019.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the case of the petitioners and passed order thereby rejected the claim made by the petitioners. The same was also communicated to the petitioners by the letter dated 22.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the letter dated 22.08.2025, before this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands
