The Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for committing willful disobedience of the Order, dated 21.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6156 of 2025.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6156 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 has been complied with. The proceedings of the respondent, dated 19.08.2025 in letter No.1456/e/ep-5(2)/2025-3 has also been produced to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
