This Contempt Petition is filed under 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 07.03.2025 made in W.P.No.7960 of 2025.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would produce the communication dated 07.08.2025, whereby orders are passed directing the petitioner in the contempt petition to file an appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner, HR & CE, Tiruppur. 2.

In view thereof, it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience, but however the petitioner can prefer such application as directed by the communication dated 07.08.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order. If and when the application from the petitioner is received, the same has to be considered within time. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner raises some apprehension with reference to appointment that are made in between. Everything will be pendent to that exercise only and will be subject to the rights of the petitioner, that will be crystallized by the order of the Deputy Commissioner, HR & CE, Tiruppur that is to be passed based on the claim petition that is made by the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
