ORDER
Read this order in conjunction and continuation of order dated 22.09.2022 reading as follows:
At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, list on 20.10.2022 at the end of admission list.
2. In the meantime, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his representation before the authorities, seeing as the representation is dated 22.08.2022 which is too proximate to the filing of the Writ Petition itself, to justify intervention by the Court at this juncture.
2. A specific query was put to the petitioner as to what efforts have been put in by him to pursue the request before the authorities to which no response is forthcoming. I had already indicated on 22.09.2022 that filing of this writ petition is premature and had granted liberty only to enable the petitioner to make some efforts in pursuing the representation.
3. Seeing as there have been no representations made, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending as it is for the petitioner to take suitable efforts to pursue the matter before the authorities and not run to the Court at the first opportunity.
