O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 2nd respondent to measure and fix boundaries of his land situated in Survey No.188/66 at Neelamangalam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District by considering his representation dated 24.06.2024 within a time fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above said land under registered sale deed dated 03.07.2002. He submitted a representation to respondents on 24.06.2024 seeking survey of the land and fixation of his boundaries and the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he is before this Court by way of writ petition. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the 3rd respondent objected to the survey of the land and hence, the request of the petitioner will be considered after issuing notice to the 3rd respondent within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to the 3rd respondent.
