ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue has been settled in the instant case in Crime No.44 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on investigation, it was found that the complaint has been withdrawn and he further submits that on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is likely to be closed.

3. Recording the above submissions of both the counsels, this Contempt Petition is closed.
