O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 09.11.2020 in W.P.No.11399 of 2006.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 09.11.2020 made in W.P.No.11399 of 2006 has been complied with. A compliance affidavit of the third respondent has also been filed to that effect.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India has passed an

order in P-15012/1/2021-SUS dated 10.03.2026, stating that the benefits with effect from the respective date of implementation of such allowance, as decided by the Government of India based on the recommendations of the 5th, 6th and 7th Central Pay Commission, will be released at the earliest, but no specific time limit has been fixed for release of the said amount. Hence, he prayed that this Court may direct the respondents to release the amount within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent concerned is directed to pay the amount, if any, to the members of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
