ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance with the order dated September 10, 2024, in W.P.No.2442 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that W.A.No.2618 of 2025 has been filed and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court granted an interim stay on August 28, 2025, on the impugned order.

3. In the light of interim stay, this Contempt Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a new contempt petition, if necessary, after the Writ Appeal is finally culminated. No costs.
