Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submitted that the main H.M.O.P.No.890 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Principal Family Judge, Comibatore is dismissed on merits and hence, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
