Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 06.09.2021 of the petitioner within time frame fixed by this Court and direct the respondents to transfer the allotment of MIG House No.276, in NH Scheme, Thiruchengodu Phase-II in favour of the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 06.09.2021 of the petitioner within time frame fixed by this Court and to direct the respondents to transfer the allotment of MIG House No.276, in NH Scheme, Thiruchengodu Phase-II in favour of the petitioner. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that for this kind of request to be considered, the Managing Director of the Tamilnadu Housing Board is the only authority. 3.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application before the Managing Director of the Tamilnadu Housing Board and on receipt of the same, the Managing Director of the Tamilnadu Housing Board is directed to consider the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the 2/5

application.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
