..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue Noobjection Certificate pertaining to the petitioner property situated at Marudampakkam Village, Walajah Taluk, Ranipet District of Punjai land bearing S.No.390 measuring of an extent 1.62 cents out of 2.55 cents by considering the petitioner representation / application dated 10.03.2023. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner made a representation dated 10.03.2023, before the third respondent to issue No-objection Certificate pertaining to his property i.e., Punjai land situated at Marudampakkam Village, Walajah Taluk, Ranipet District, bearing S.No.390, measuring to an extent 1.62 cents out of 2.55 cents. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the third respondent, as on date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2023 will be disposed of by the third respondent within a period of 6 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to issue No-objection
Certificate to the petitioner, if eligible, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
