ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.610 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent / police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.610 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudhachalam. As such, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
