Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.9276 of 2017 dated 22.10.2021. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the orders dated 22.10.2021 made in WP.No.9276 of 2017 by this Court, thereby directed the respondent herein to issue notice to the petitioner herein as well as the respondents 4 to 7 therein and other counter parties, if any, within a period of two weeks and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks after giving opportunity of hearing.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by order dated 27.09.2022 of the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
