This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the order dated 19.04.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.5125 of in Crl.O.P.No.4171 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in this case is completed, charge sheet filed and the same has been taken on file by the concerned Court.

3. Therefore, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail.
