This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing criminal revision petition against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore in CMP.No.1025 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 20 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
