ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 17.10.2021 vide C.S.R.No.930 of 2021 duly lodged by the petitioner before the first respondent with a direction to file a final report at the earliest.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 17.10.2021 and C.S.R.No.930 of 2021 assigned. Thereafter no action has been taken. Hence she filed this above said petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner C.S.R.No.930 of 2021 assigned. Thereafter both the petitioner and the counter complainant viz., Aravind were called for enquiry. Both of them appeared on 18.10.2021 and gave an undertaking that both were not proceeded further and the issue between them are now resolved. Recording the same, the complaint has been closed. The letter given by the petitioner and the counter complainant Aravind is produced. 4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the undertaking given by the petitioner and the counter complainant Aravind that the issued between them are now resolved. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
