These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the Civil Revision Petitions.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. Though the learned counsel for the respondents raised stiff objections to condone the delay, this Court, after having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, is inclined to condone the delay and the petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the C.R.Ps. and post the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
