This petition has been filed to relax the condition that to relax the condition that the petitioners/accused shall report before the respondent police once in a week on Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on petitioners/accused in Crl.M.P.No.10290 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11443 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, final report is file and case is taken on file the file of 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in S.C.No.2224 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners are totally relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
