This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2019 immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
