Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the regulations of the 1st Respondent in Dental Council of India revised BDS Course Regulation 2007 in so far as it prohibits the release of the result of the petitioner and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.Ex.III(1)/20875/2013, dated 05.04.2013 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondent to release the result of the petitioner in the subject General Human Anatomy including Embryology and Histology for the examination held the during February 2013 and permit the petitioner to join and pursue the 2nd year BDS Course in the 3rd respondent Dental College. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
