The petitioner has come forward with the present petition to direct the third respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.01.2016 stating that even though they have received the same, they have not taken any steps to enquire into the matter and register the case. 2. Resisting the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.01.2016, which was taken as C.No.1756 of 2015, enquiry was conducted and after due enquiry it was closed as it is in civil in nature.
