Crl.M.P.No.12909 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3132 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.12909 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3132 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN.J, This intervening petition has been filed by the defacto complainant for seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the accused before the concerned Magistrate, pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.3132 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023.

2. It is represented that the 1st accused S.B.Lakshmi, aged about 70 years died on 08.07.2023. Since the matter is under investigation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer sought for in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed. It is open to the parties to file appropriate application, if they want to settle the dispute before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3. The Inspector of Police, J-9, Thoraipakkam Police Station, Chennai, shall get the correct fact and file necessary memo before the concerned Magistrate Court.
