ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Vijayaragavan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 3; and, Ms.N.Devi, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The impugned final notice dated 1.8.2023 is assailed in the present writ petition. The impugned notice is as vague as it could be. No property details and survey numbers are given in the said notice.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to get his property measured by filing proper application along with necessary fee. Depending upon the report of measurement, the parties may take further steps. In

that event, all contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.24377 of 2023 is closed.
