ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner was appointed on compassionate grounds and on account of non passing of the required departmental tests, he was terminated from service, by invoking Rule 26(b) (ii) of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules. However, the writ petitioner has passed the tests subsequently, again reappointed by the respondent in proceedings, dated 26.05.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In view of the re-appointment of the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. However, it is left open to the writ petitioner to adjudicate the other grievances if any, in the manner known to law.
2. The Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, miscellaneous Petition is also clsoed. However, no order as to costs.
