This application is filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the written statement of D1 along with adoption memo of D2 to D5.

2. When the matter is taken up, Mr.M.Rajesh, learned counsel representing Mr.G.S.Sivakumar, submitted that the respondents have no objection for condoning the delay of 62 days in filing the written statement of D1 along with adoption memo of D2 to D5.

3. Considered the reasons stated in the affidavit and satisfied with the reasons and also fact that learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4. The Registry is directed to receive the written statement of D1 along with adoption memo of D2 to D5.
