WMP No.25125 of 2019 and WP No.26709 of 2005 M.DHANDAPANI., J This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the 6th respondent Ramachandran, Son of Late Veeraiah Thevar herein as 5th respondent in his fathers place in the main writ petition being the legal heir of the deceased Veeraiah Theval the 5th respondent in the above petition.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this impleading petition is ordered.
