PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 4th Respondent in connected with the impugned notice dated 27.02.2023 (served on 07.04.2023) and quash the same and further direct the Respondents to determine the fair rent payable by the Petitioner based on the fair rent fixed by the Fair Fixation Committee. When the writ petition taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the 4th respondent wants to withdraw the impugned notice with liberty to intimate the petitioner fixation of fair rent with working sheet. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is recorded.

2. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. It is needless to say that if any fresh intimation is given by the 4th respondent to the petitioner intimating fixation of fair rent together with working sheet, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
