The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the petitioner was earlier granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4221 of 2021 by order dated 03.03.2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Subsequently, the said condition was modified in Crl.M.P.No.4657 of 2021 by order dated 15.04.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. by order dated 13.07.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.6849 of 2021. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.13034 of 2021 for relaxation of the said condition and the same was also allowed. However, in the order copy it is inadvertently mentioned as to "appear before the respondent police on monthly twice (i.e. first and fifteenth) at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, the 3rd paragraph of the order in Crl.M.P.No.13034 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4221 of 2021 dated 08.12.2021 shall be read as follows;

3. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition and the petitioner is directed to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 13.07.2021.
