2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that parties have now reached compromise and an application has been filed to compound the offence and some steps are being taken to compound the offence.

3. Since the condition imposed by this Court has not been complied with, the order of Suspension of Sentence, granted in favour of the petitioner on 23.08.2023, automatically stands cancelled. It is left open to the petitioner to workout the remedy before the Court below.

6. Accordingly, no further orders are required in this Criminal Original Petition.
