O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose the petitioners application dated 21.05.2024 and

subsequently, to transfer the petitioner's name in the electricity connection bearing Electricity Service Connection No.0202101048.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents, on merits.
