Crl.M.P.No.12992 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13535 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13535 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 to appear before the respondent police daily for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13535 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on summons.
