The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor had forwarded a demand draft bearing No. 015421 purchased from Axis Bank, dated 26.03.2024 for a sum of Rs.3,95,000/-.

2. By this payment, there has been full satisfaction of the decree amount. Accordingly, E.P.No. 106 of 2019 and E.P.No. 98 of 2023 stand terminated. The Judgment Debtor stands discharged. Application No. 5948 of 2022 is closed.
