This application has been filed to reopen the matter for adducing evidence on the side of the applicants / defendants.

2. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondents to allow the present application.

Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the present application and taking note of the fact that there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents and in order to give a fair chance to the applicants, it is appropriate to allow the applicant to reopen the case for applicants / defendants' side evidence.
