These applications have been filed to condoned the delay of 647 days in filing the application to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased th petitioner and to bring on record the applicants 18 to 20 being Nagappan, the 4 th petitioner as the petitioners 19 to 21 in the legal heirs of the deceased 4 O.P.No.758 of 2023.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, also having been satisfied with the reasons specified therein, these applications are allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment by 19.08.2025.
