The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of the third respondent dated 18.05.2007, wherein the third respondent has requested the petitioner to pay a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,68,089/- towards additional current consumption deposit in one payment.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the amount demanded in the impugned order has already been deposited by the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
