ORDER

The learned Government Advocate has filed the Status Report before this Court. Paragraph nos.6 and 7 of the Status Report are extracted hereunder:

''6.The petitioner through this petition dated 07.08.2019 requested me to take necessary steps to evict M/s.Saraswathy Security Agency from the college campus. The Saraswathy Security Agency people left the YMCA campus and there is no question of any law and order problem inside the campus thereafter. Moreover, the petitioner has employed Wings Security Services, who took charge and is continuing their job at present.

7.I submit that the petitioner has not preferred any complaint as against Mr.M.Nithiyanatham of Saraswathy Security Agency that they are creating any law and order problem inside the campus. The allegation of disturbance towards his functioning as Principal of the college is without any specific complaint from the petitioner and in this respect the police may not presume and assume things in order to act upon.''

2. In view of the above development, no further orders need to be passed in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt petition is closed.
